There are two main features for which you can leverage AI within your workspace.

1. Content Generation – On Text fields there will be an AI button available for you to click and generate content using AI.

Clicking the AI button will show you a window where you can enter a prompt to generate content.

Click on Generate to get your content

If you are happy with this content simply click apply and your content will be added to your Content Record

You can even generate content for your translations in other languages.

2. Auto Translation – ContentWorkspace allows you to Auto Translate your content when creating new translations for your Content Records.

To do this make sure your Model is set to Localized

Then set any of your text fields to Auto Translate

With these steps done you can now add translations and watch as your content is translated.

Click on Add Translation

You will then be presented with a list languages, choose your languages and click Confirm

Your content will be translated and your new Content Record created.
