    ContentWorkspace is a simple-to-use CMS that helps content creators streamline the process of creating, updating, and managing content. It includes AI-powered content generation, automatic translation, content scheduling, and mass updates. Developers can also access content easily through a REST API with intuitive data models and relationships

  • What is a Workspace?

    A Workspace is where you create and manage content. You can invite team members and developers to collaborate. The number of workspaces you can have depends on your plan.

  • How do I create a Workspace?

    Once you have an organization, go to the Workspaces section and add a new workspace.

  • How do I create Content Models?

    Navigate to the Models section and click “New” to create a Content Model. Name the model, add custom fields, and enable localization if needed.

  • How do I add Fields to a Model?

    Access the Model, go to the Fields section, and click “Add Fields.” Name the field and select the type. If the model is localized, you may enable auto-translation for certain fields.

  • How do I create content records?

    Go to the Content menu, select the model under which you want to create content, and click “New.”

  • How do I manage user roles and permissions?

    Organize users into groups and assign roles within the Groups section under User Management in the Settings menu.

  • How does ContentWorkspace support localization?

    You can add translations to content records by accessing the record, clicking “Add Translations,” and selecting languages. If auto-translation is enabled, content is translated automatically. Workspace Admins can manage available languages in the Settings menu under Localization.

  • How do I enable the REST API?

    Go to Settings > API and click “Generate API Key.” Once generated, you can use the REST API to access published content.

  • How many languages does ContentWorkspace support?

    ContentWorkspace supports 30 languages. You can enable, disable, and set the default language in the Localization settings.

  • How do I invite users?

    You can invite users to your organization via the Users tab under the Organization menu. Alternatively, you can invite users directly to a workspace under Settings > User Management > Users.

  • What types of media assets are supported?

    ContentWorkspace supports multiple media asset types. You can upload assets via the Assets menu and receive a CDN endpoint for quick access.

  • How do I schedule content for publishing?

    Open a content record, click “Publish,” and select a future date. You can also schedule translations to be published simultaneously.

  • Does ContentWorkspace support versioning?

    Yes. You can view previous versions of a content record in the lower right-hand corner. Versions are sorted by date, and you can name them for easy identification. You can also restore a previous version.

  • What is the Task feature?

    You can create tasks under the Tasks menu, assign them to groups or users, and track their progress.
    How do I view workspace activity?
    Go to the workspace dashboard and scroll to the Activity section to see user actions such as content model creation and record updates.

  • How can I view my billing details?

    Only the Organization Owner can access billing information under the Billing tab in the Organization menu.

  • Does ContentWorkspace provide usage stats?

    Yes. Organization dashboards display graphs with workspace usage statistics. You can also drill down to individual workspace stats.
