To access your Workspace settings you can click on the Setting menu item on the bottom left of the screen.
Setting presents you with several sections
Workspace – Update your workspace details or delete your workspace
Localization – Manage your available and default languages for your content
API – Enable and secure your API access.
Users – Manage your Workspace users.
Groups – Manage the Groups in your Workspace.
Workspace
The Workspace settings allow you to update the Name of your Workspace as well as the Description.
Localization
In the Localization settings you can view all the available Languages in your workspace
In this page you can see each language and their respective language code, which can be used in the API to obtain content in a certain language. You also have the option to change your default language, which is used when a new Content Record is created. Lastly, you enable and disable language across your workspace with the Enabled switch. With this configuration you can control which languages are available to your workspace users when translating content.
API
To access the API page you can click on the API menu item under Developer.
In this page you can enable API access to your workspace by clicking “Generate New API Key”. This will create a new API key for you to use when making API calls to your workspace.
Here you can also obtain your Organization Id and Workspace Id, which are required along with the API key to make calls to the API.
Lastly, you can secure API access to your workspace under the Configure Access sections. In this section you can add IP address ranges from which you want to accept calls, API calls made from IP addresses outside of your range will be blocked from accessing data in your workspace through the API.
